In the simulation, participants will run the HR department in a fictional organisation, working in teams.

During the live session, the exercise requires the participants to make the same decisions around  Learning & Development that they would in the real world.

Acting in the roles of HR Practitioners will require participants to think holistically and weigh the impact of their decisions across the organization.
