About TSPT
The TSPT assessment tool has been built and based on the research of Costa & McCrae and the Big Five Personality Theory as a reference.
The TSPT is a questionnaire measure of a comprehensive model of general personality traits, the Five-Factor Model (FFM; Digman, 1990), or “Big Five.”
The TSPT consists of 70 items that assess 30 specific traits, which in turn define the five factors: Emotional Stability, Engagement, Intellectual Curiosity, Consideration, and Prudence.
Responses use an ipsative scale (forced choice).
