Talent Shaper’s – TSPT is developed by a team of psychologists who have expertise in the field of Educational and Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Education and Career Guidance. It is made to suit to Indian organizational culture and standards.

About TSPT

The TSPT assessment tool has been built and based on the research of Costa & McCrae and the Big Five Personality Theory as a reference.

The TSPT is a questionnaire measure of a comprehensive model of general personality traits, the Five-Factor Model (FFM; Digman, 1990), or “Big Five.”

The TSPT consists of 70 items that assess 30 specific traits, which in turn define the five factors: Emotional Stability, Engagement, Intellectual Curiosity, Consideration, and Prudence.

Responses use an ipsative scale (forced choice).

It is available for paper-and-pencil completion.
