Talent Shapers is a HR & OD organization pioneered in the year 2008.

Back then a team of curious learners decided to take a plunge of setting sail on this EXPEDITION  of imparting seamless, valuable and measurable services in the realm of organisation development.

Several years and counting, we have had the privilege of serving some renowned organizations across different industry verticals.

We understand that managing talent and leading organizational change is like climbing a mountain and offer services that aim to help you ascend the business slope with innovative solutions to manage the entire employee life cycle and thereby achieve visible outcomes in the organization performance.

 

Our team – alumnus of The Wharton School, Delhi school of Economics , XLRI are a passionate bunch when it comes to Talent Management , OD interventions and Talent Development . Our collective experience in the domain of HR&OD has helped us shape the talent pool of many start-ups and conglomerates alike. 

Together we have taken many a treks and unfolded many a adventures. Our gears – Deep Expertise, Unique Solutions and High Engagement & Collaboration have helped create clientele for life. For any organization and individual, change will have to happen and thus learning has to continue. But more than anything else, we urge organizations to begin the journey.

SHILPI GAUTAM

Strategic Human Resource Professional with more than 16 years of Consulting & Industry experience.

She has trained, coached and designed OD interventions for various organizations. Shilpi has gained forte in designing and structuring pay grades, compensation & benefits, Training and Development, Assessment & Development Centres, Balanced Score Card Implementation, Strategy Planning & Execution to name a few areas.She is an expert in benchmarking studies, Job Analysis, PMS, pay grading and variable pay design .

She has HR & OD experience, having consulted for organizations like, Goods and Service Tax Network, DCM Shriram, Shriram Axiall, Avery Dennison, Hero Fincorp Pvt Ltd, Zenith Leisure Holidays Pvt Ltd.,In Technologies, Irexx Inc etc. She has worked for Randstad and Adecco. Shilpi facilitated the Change Management of Airport Authority of India Ltd to GMR and was a Change Facilitator for DPSCL.
